MAKING THE WORKPLACE WORK FOR YOU!
It is a fact that most managers complain about dealing too much with petty employee problems. A poll of 150 executives from 1000 US companies found that 18% of an executive's time is spent resolving employee personality clashes and represent nine work weeks each year. In addition, it is estimated that 50-60% of the annual budget for a Health Care Facility is spent on staff related needs.
According to a recent survey, a number of CEO's of major manufacturing and service companies say, "they envision productivity gains of 21.5% within their companies, provided that certain obstacles are removed." These include:
- Employees resistance to change
- Difficulty in hiring and retaining employees
- Employees lack of motivation
- Poor communication
