CONSULTATIONS & MEDIATION

In addition to the workshops available to larger groups, TeamWorks also provides one-on-one or group consultations to assist with personal or team issues.

Consultation

1. Initial consultation with office Management/Employer to assess specific workplace concerns.
2. Customize consultation process to whatever the workplace issues require.
3. One on one counseling for whatever personal issues employer/employee may need help with.

Mediation

1. Mediate conflict between two or more employees/employers
2. Strive for appropriate resolution between Partners and/or Business owners
3. Offer proposals, recommendations, and strategies for management to implement mediated agreements
4. Write up a step-by-step Grievance Procedure or Conflict Resolution Procedure that specifically fits the needs of the organization
