Evaluating Your Personal Workplace Boundaries

  • I have the ability to say no to a request from a co-worker while showing respect and support.
  • I can articulate my feelings respectfully to the right source when I am frustrated.
  • I feel I am honest at staff meetings even if I do not agree with the issue.
  • I can give constructive criticism to a co-worker without fear of rejection.
  • I have energy because I do not feel any negativity building inside of me and I enjoy what I do.
